I have an Epson Artisan 730 that uses 6 different ink cartridges. It has been a good and faithful printer for many years, however in the last few weeks prints of photos have been way off color. I did a nozzle check and found that the magenta ink was not printing at all. Usually I get a low-ink warning when ink is low and I never got that message. Upon checking, the magenta was in fact low, but not yet empty. I replaced it anyway and tried again - still getting NO ink from the magenta cartridge. I tried the Epson head cleaning utility several times and still nothing, so... I ordered some of this head cleaning fluid and followed instructions exactly. Instructions say to turn off printer, remove ink cartridges, inject fluid, wait 6+ hours, then run head cleaning and nozzle check. After suggested wait time was over (overnight) I put ink cartridge back in and ran tests - not much improvement, but at least now the magenta nozzle test showed a couple marks. SO I did the full cleaning process with the fluid two more times (remove ink cartridges, inject fluid, wait 6+ hours, run head cleaning and nozzle check) . The third time I was up to about 80% of the magenta showing on the nozzle test, so I just kept running the head cleaning procedure for the printer, and FINALLY got it back to 100% !)Stick with it ... It will work. Saved myself a couple hundred dollars by not having to buy a new printer.

The kit is useless without the tube, which was missing. UPDATE! Seller communicated with buyer, And buyer opted to accept a refund rather then replacing the cleaner kit. Thanks'

Product was initially missing the plastic tubing, however after contacting seller they sent the missing piece. Was able to clean printer head with no issue, worked really well.

Just stay patent with it, it took me several tries to clean up the printer. Plenty of product to do the job
