Sweet story... I love the illustrations so much. Very well done. I must say I do love flamingos, so, I naturally had to download this book. I recommend this book to kids and flamingo fans of all ages!

Bought book to go with stuffed pink flamingo for my 3 year old granddaughter who loved both.

Really cute story with a positive message. Man flamingo meets woman flamingo, they fall in love, get married, have a baby flamingo and teach her that being smart and confident is just as important as having beautiful pink feathers.Down a star because the book itself doesn't feel very durable, even as far as paperbacks go. Mine came new with some wear and tear around the edges just from the packaging process I think.

Thought this would be a great book to get both grabdaughters turning 2 tomorrow & Saturday... No author should have given it away... I did not get where the self worth or encouraging one to be who they are comes from... like a cut & dried pattern to life that would apply to anybody... Didn't see any nurturing / encouraging strengths to help a child reap a good feeling about themselves... Short term. Which is what they need. Also had gotten another flamingos book... This one seemed to be a lil bit of a knock off from that one, it however had an author not an Amazon publishing company ... Felt this book was very dry for a child, especially since rated to include 2 - 4 age... Was very disappointed in it. May be sending them back...

A good read for my granddaughter

Cute children’s book. My daughter loved the pictures. She also loved the quick story. This will be a nightly read for us now

The language is immature and the story and characters are not well developed. I wish I had not bought this book.
