Thank you for an amazing product!
I very rarely give reviews but felt I had to give feedback on this amazing product. Frankie, my 12 year old cat, was diagnosed with liver cancer a month ago but was only given 1-2 weeks at the best. The steroids and liver medication seems to be working well and he is putting on weight again after dropping to a dangerously low level. I managed to successfully give his steroids wrapped in pate, but the liver med was a different story altogether. It could not be cut or crushed, and its large size meant it couldn't be disguised with pate or meat paste. I ordered this product after reading the reviews and the reasonable price and fast delivery was a plus. I was getting so desperate and sick of the stress and pate-covered kitchen. This is wonderful! Just need a small amount to cover the pill and he loves the taste, the stickiness means he can't spit the pill out. I am one very happy customer and hope for many more happy moments with my Frankie. Any doubts please just give this a try, I'm so genuinely glad I did. A massive thank you!

Not meant for cats
I agree with the other reviewers suspecting that this is a canine product that has only been marketed for felines to increase sales. Absolute waste of money for a cat owner.

Probably great for dogs but since when has a cat eaten bacon?
Yeah, it's OK....my cats will only eat it if have covered it in dreamies so pretty much defeats the purpose when they will eat easypill putty without.I think the smoky bacon kind of flavour needs be revised and one made for cats and one for dogs. It's also a pain to get out of the pot as you have to put your finger in an kind of scoop some out ....this results in getting it under your finger nail.I'd buy it again only if there were a shortage of easypill to be honest.

Worked perfectly, the stress of Pilling my cat is gone!
Luckily my cat just ate it up, however the review on here from someone who used it first then put in food means that even if your cat/dog doesn't eat it on it's own, they might if you wrap the pill then pop it into their favourite treat/food! Brilliant. Thanks to to that review/tip I bought this product over many others!

Effective when stuffed into cat treats
I don't usually bother writing reviews but thought this might help other stressed-out cat owners! My cat won't touch this stuff on its own. BUT, if I cover the pill in a very thin layer of the putty and then poke the whole thing into a soft treat like a Webbox stick, he eats it straight down. Putting the pill in the Webbox stick on its own doesn't work, but the putty stops the pill from falling out as the cat chews and seems to stop the cat from biting into the pill and realising it's there. I break the pill in half and put the pieces into fairly small chunks of the stick to minimize chewing.I've tried 3 other brands of pill putty, but this one smells much stronger, plus the sticky texture and the fact that you can pinch off a tiny amount makes it far superior. It's expensive, but should last for months if it doesn't dry out (my cat needs a daily pill). It might not work for every cat, but definitely worth a try if your cat needs regular medication.

Success
Ok so a long storyOne of my cats had a mouth injury and is on daily meds anyway so always used a different pill treat because he loved it.Because of the mouth pain he chewed into it and it obviously hurt so he now refuses to eat them.So wondering what to put his meds and antibiotics in??A different pill treat? Nope didn't workTinned fish? NopeBrussels pate? NopeLik e lix? NopeMeat? NopeCheeses? Worked for a bitIn his food? Sometimes discovered and spat out.Now I'm pulling my hair out as the antibiotics were vital. So back online and thinking what else can I try and then I see this and think ok last ditch attempt with this.Gave one of my cats a bit and he loved it.Gave my other cat a bit and she loved it, archie is yet to try a bit too.So now mojo who I bought it for, so with anticipation I popped a pill in a small amount and??????? HE LOVES IT, YAYYYYYThis product smells just like bacon/barbecue smell and purrfect for putting meds in.Can't rate this enough and will last months.10/10 from 1 relieved cat mum

BUY IT ON E BAY FOR 60% LESS.
I was VERY sceptical about this but its worked wonderfully for a few weeks for my terminally ill cat. But as with any paste, soon they realise that there is a pill within and then they won`t eat the item. But it was worth £13.50WHAT HAS DEEPLY SADDENED ME IS THAT I PURCHASED IN NOVEMBER FOR £13.50. NOW I SEE THE PRICE IS ALMOST £60.HOW LOATHSOME TO EXPLOIT SICK ANIMALS AND THEIR DEVOTED OWNERS IN THIS UGLY MANNER.GO TO E BAY AND BUY IT FOR 60% LESS

Barbeque smelling that cats didn't like.
Bought this for one on my cats who has to take various a few heart medications. He was not impressed and wouldn't entertain it at all (without tablets), so tried my other three cats as a treat thinking at least it would be wasted. But they wouldn't touch it either. The texture of it is quite firm but playable. It has quite a strong barbeque smell to it, which makes me think it is most likely primary for dogs and that cats have been added to try to maximise sales.Wish someone would do a thick putty with the flavour of beaphar hairball paste that my cats love the taste of.
