EXCELLENT ITEM, Super speedy same day delivery.First nights decent sleep in 40 years, And no headache on waking.Absolutely fantastic bit of kit. Hurts abit as you put them up... But wait for pain to stop And push bit more.Totally opened flat small nasal passage that usually "suck in" when try to breath through nose.(Even thinking about wearing when eat meals (when alone) as have to hold breath as cant get any air through nasal passage..With my eye patches for light, ear plugs for noise, bite splint as I grind my teeth, and now these up my nose....I look and sound like an inbred Darth Vader!.But i slept like a LOG. Accidentally touched it in night, and was very painful and sore,But went back to sleep breathing through nose beautifully, and they were surprisingly still in nose when awoke....."Warning"......pull out SLOWLY!.The small exchange of pain for such a lovely blissful sleep is SO worth it.Wish id known about these years ago.Initially ordered from China £1.99, but on realising they wont come for month, ordered these £6.99 for four, same day delivery.I will give other ones coming to a friend with same problem. ... His wife will be delighted, and he'll be happy to not be in spare room...again.Small price for decent sleep, and surprised these are not known about at Doctors.All I got there was chemical spray to squirt up nasal passage...that doesn't work.

Terrible, does not work, the worst thing is they are super uncomfortable infact quite painful so impossible to sleep with, and it's a hard plastic that scratches the inside of the nostril. Sorry but I cannot recommend them.

I ordered this product to help me breath through my nose at night. I chose a size that I found comfortable from the selection provided. The item worked very well for me. I had a good night's sleep. I also woke up without a dry mouth.Yes I would recommend this product

I’ve had issues breathing through my nose at night since being pregnant and thought I’d try these to keep my airways clear... they’ve worked a treat and I sleep much better now. Only downside is the other sizes are redundant as one is enough!

Didn't work for me - they kept falling out during the night, regardless of which size I used. On the plus side, if you want to do an impression of Tubbs from the 'League of Genetlmen', give them a whirl.

Since using these vents my snoring, so I am told, has really reduced to next to nothing. Prior to using them I would wake up with a dry mouth and sometimes blood from the snoring but since using the vents this has not happened. My wife and I are both very pleased with the outcome.

Really uncomfortable. Vents actually make a whistling sound when breathing which is just as annoying as the snoring.
