Easy fix for broken/warn keys (on original fob)
These, together with changing batteries are "like new" fobs.Quick, easy job!The trick with these is separating the 2 halves of the original fobs (without damaging the antenna) that is close to the edge (as you pry apart). Fortunately, mine were snapped" together (not glued).(If halves are glued)DO NOT INSERT A RAZOR BLADE DEEP INTO THE SEAL THAT IS GLUED as you pry halves apart. Work slowly around the halves as you try to break the seal.

Works on 2013 Sonata
Was having issues with range in 3 remotes for my 2013 Sonata. Ordered this one figuring, "What's the worst that happens on a different style remote? I lose the few bucks?" Ordered, had it programed (I think the tech used an Autel MP808) and now I no longer have range issues. That scanner programmed the remote super fast, first time around. With the previous remotes I was literally touching the car to get it to unlock. Problem resolved now.

The key came with little instructions
Unclear instructions. Googled to try and find how to connect to cart. The key never worked. I bought for my mom and she doesn’t live in the same city so I was not able to get key back to return.

Needed housing only
Used new housing for a broken fob… Old internal circuitry installed in new housing.. 2 minute repair and should get years of continued use.. Very good value.

Product worked just fine took a few trys to program with tool but got it to work as is supposed to would deal with this company again

Works for 2012 Hyundai Sonata
I only needed the shell because I dropped my old one so many times I had to tape it to hold it together. My old chip fit perfectly in this shell & worked on the first try.
