I have tried several different oil, pulling washes, and this one is probably my least favorite based on taste. It was actually thinner than I expected it to be. It does seem to work as it should, though. I didn’t notice that my teeth were whiter after a few uses in my mouth felt cleaner overall. This all pulling mouthwash works, and it is worth it for the price because I found this one to be cheaper than a lot of of the other ones on the market.

IT REALLY WORKS

I like it but I don't think I really see much of a difference from using it. I will say I have less inflammation and tooth pain so that right there makes this a gold winner. The taste is good, and it was not as hard as I thought it was going to be to swish the oil around for that long. I do think it helps with overall oral hygiene and I have yet to see it get my teeth whiter.
