I thought these supplements might be good for the turmeric content with the additional benefit of ginger. However looking at the capsules they appear to contain turmeric powder so I looked at the ingredient again. Unless I am mistaken these capsules appear to be made of actually turmeric and ginger powder and black pepper?! What? The rating is for product as described. I will update if I see any actual benefits.

These are normal-sized capsules and are easy to swallow for me. The packaging reseals well to keep the product fresh. The product contains a good amount of turmeric which is good as often supplements don't contain enough for it to be effective. They have also included black pepper and ginger for absorption. Overall I feel this is a good product if you want to take turmeric but don't want to make a mess.

I find them rather large to swallow. Now l take them with a yogurt l can swallow them easier!

Turmeric is something I've been taking for a few years now. Not because I necessarily need to, but because I think it's a supplement which is generally good for you. Apparently adding black pepper to it aids the absorption, so that's a good thing. The capsules are fairly average size, not too big and not too small, and are easy enough to swallow. There's no aftertaste, which is good. The ingredients seem natural, with nothing added, so another good reason to buy. The price for 2 months supply is quite reasonable, so if you're looking to add turmeric to your diet, this is a pretty good buy.

I'm vegetarian, and like natural products without additives, so it's important to me that these capsules are vegetable based and contain no excipients, fillers or binders. I also like the fact that Sterling Nutrition has Soil Association organic accreditation, only uses sustainably sourced ingredients, and supports Water Aid.I was surprised at the size of the packet until I realised how big these capsules are, but they're reasonably easy to swallow. I would prefer a more eco-friendly paper pouch but this type of packaging can at least be recycled at supermarkets.Overall, a quality, good value supplement which I'm happy to add to my daily dose of vitamin D.

okay but bigger tablets than I expected so not the easiest to swallow.didn't notice an obvious difference after taking them.
