Brilliant
Looks good and works well, 8 year old daughter struggled to open it but I'm sure she'll get the hang of it and she's very excited about taking hot food to school. I have ordered myself a different colour one.I got her the pink 380ml one, which holds about a mugs worth of soup and will fit comfortably in her lunch bag.*Update* I ordered myself the green 380ml and it says 350ml on the box, holds exactly the same amount as daughters pink one though (poured water from one to the other) so not sure what that's about. Warmed from the kettle first and boiling food added the food was still properly hot after 8 hours, still warm enough to eat after 10, which is more than I need it to do. home made stews and soup will save us a fortune on lunches at work/school and hopefully make days out a bit cheaper.

Keeps food warm, easy fit in backpack, spoon not flimsy, would recommend

Good size.
Doesn't really keep things warm. I put boiling water in the thermos, close the lid tightly. When the food I have made is ready, I remove the water and put the pasta in. At lunch time it is barely warm. Soup stays warmer.

Very diasspointing !
Really disappointed!!!!!I bought this so that I could keep my 7month olds food warm whilst out. The 1 str I am giving is for Look of it only. The food was stone cold when I went to feed her and Had only left the house 30 mins before, there are two holes at the bottle and stuff dribbles out, the lid is so stiff, I didn't want the spoon so tried tire I've it nd broke my nails. It's not worth the money at all.

Works every time
Really good..around 6.30 am I pack our lunch and by 1.30 pm the food is still piping hot. Don't for get to fill it with hot water and let it stand for 5 mins...empty the water and then put your hot food inside. Works every time!

Food not warm , put in at 7am and barley warm at 12 noon .

Good Flask for the money
The flask is a good size, and has kept my daughters lunch warm from early morning till midday, the only downside is when washing it there are 2 small holes in the base to allow water out that dot really do the job. I can see rust developing quite quickly if not careful when drying.
