Not worth the money. Buy another brand.
I would rate this item a 1star. Inner lining is made of plastic and comes apart at the seams. Poorly made not worth $20. I only use it now to store my empty chafer pans.

It is what it is
This is what it says it is. I feel like the bare minimum ofinsuktsed food delivery devices. I’m a good courier and needed something cheap and fast so I got it. A little floppy but I’m happy. Does what it needs to do.

Large capacity and nicely constructed but a little thin on the material.

Not a good product
I give it 1 star just for the simple fact that it can keep food warm. However after the 2 week the second zipper lever broke and the zipper teeth will not grip. Also the insulation on the flap has come apart and not just dangles.

This was great for delivering multiple meals. All the food was kept warm, and it even came with a little hand mitt.

Lining tears easily
Okay over all, but the insulation fabric tore easily. I read this in previous reviews, but I left it in the back of my car (I am a Grubhub drover) and it did not hold well at all.
