Not at all non stick!!!
Used this pan once and was not fit for purpose! I followed the instructions and washed the pan before use and brushed some oil on. I only used it to chargrill some vegetables and they all stuck to it. It did char well, but the food looked awful as I couldn't turn them or remove them from the pan in tact.Lots of burnt on bits were left in the pan, so I left it to soak in hot soapy water for a while, but they would not come off. Soaked overnight and still no joy. I used a scrubby sponge (as shown in the photos) which is not a very abrasive product, and the non stick started coming off. So the non stick pan sticks and you can't clean it! Sent it back for a refund as it's utterly useless. It's probably cheap for a reason.
