Faulty within one moth of purchase
The handle has become hard and non responsive within a month of installation. Not getting support from the company. They said it will be paid visit from the technician. The product was installed by Godrej company technician , still no one is willing to take responsibility. They say since you bought it online, so you need to register claim there.Even after making the call center aware of the emergency , since it is the main door and it is very difficult to unlock the house, no one has come to check it. The technician very conveniently said"I am busy today!" Will come tomorrow.So am at the mercy of Godrej Company. My biggest mistake in buying a GODREJ product

Great service and great lock
The lock installation went smoothly thanks to the installation person Mr. Venkatacharya ( service center Uma Enterprises). The lock looks good with user friendly settings.

Works good, easy to use
Installation request automatically raised on purchase! good and prompt.The lock length is shorter than several older lock slots, required packing and costed 600 Rs for additional packing and fixing by Godrej installation team. Did a neat job and explained usage.
