Please bring this product back . I been having so much problems with charging my door bell. I hired a electrician to wire directly and the transformer nor the regulator work. I bought this and it worked amazingly but I moved i made the mistake to pull forgetting the delicate part in the plug and it broke 😣🤦🏻‍♀️. Then this was discontinued. Please 🙏 i hate charging my battery it a headache. Or u can direct me to another seller i have searched with no luck !

To get the doorbell to charge you have to first use a USB charging plug that outputs the minimum 8v or higher. I tried charging the doorbell the normal way with micro USB to 100% as suggested but that did not allow this to charge. After using the higher output plug with the provided cable it worked and I was able to switch back to to the provided plug that outputs only 5v and it continues to charge.

Received product and installed as per instructions. Immediately my wi-fi signal from the doorbell decreased. Mind you, the doorbell is under 15 feet from the router and the only obstruction is a window, no walls or anything else that will interrupt the signal. It showed connected but battery only decreased from 100%. There was no activity to kill the battery. I rebooted the doorbell twice and nothing changed. I realized my screen info was from the last health check the doorbell took 5 hours earlier. For some reason, I then lost wi-fi and couldn't connect to the doorbell. I contacted Ring support and it turns out my wi-fi somehow was fried. I am awaiting a replacement doorbell and I will be returning this product.

I purchased this item about two weeks ago and I have to say I’m so glad I did. It was easy to install and now I don’t have to charge my ring doorbell anymore because it’s plugged in. Would definitely recommend if you use battery ring doorbell. Thank you

I purchased this for Ring 3 Plus. I have the motion sensitivity on max, the frequency on frequent, and video recording length at 120 seconds. Needless to say I was changing the battery about every 2 days. I used a fully charged battery when I installed this to see how it functioned. Took me minutes even with unscrewing the Ring and threading the power cord through my wedges. It's been 3 days and the battery is still at 100%. I am happy with my purchase. Will update if there are any changes.

This product works very well for Ring 2, after fixing this I no longer need to remove battery from Ring 2 for charging.
