Very nice ..... My 7 th standard daughter can easily use same product

I am not a professional tailor. I bought it for my home usage. I think the product should be robust enough to handle such customers. Many a times, I find there is tread getting stuck and sewing not happening. even there is no moment of the cotton. Everything at one place but the machine is running. after sometime, I find a bunch of threads accumulated on the bottom side and machine cease to work. it happened 15-20 times. I tolerated patiently, now I kept the product on back side of my junk area, about to through on an auspicious day.

It is very easy to use and very lightweight. Overall the product quality is good. I like it.

Machine looks good, was a small crack once, was replaced instantly. The demo support at home was explained very nicely by Akira team and through doubt solving. Good small machine with plenty of variations, more than enough for DIY projects and day to day work at home.

After buying this i am totally regrating with amazon service....no one coming to pick up my return product after 3 times resecheduling the return request..i think amazon and seller only want to laps return period of 7 days and thereafter i have to keep defective product..and i think i have lost my precious money..
