Cheap quality, which is dangerous when your child is 6' above the ground. First bed that arrived had broken welds around the top railing. Second bed had missing part. Returned both and going with a completely different bed.

Ordered this product on July 20. There is a Cancer Causing Warning in the Product. It should have mentioned in the description. So we decided to return. But it was not EASY return. We waited for more than two weeks to get the return. But without knowing the size they asked to ship it to fedex. After making couple of calls, they finally took the return. But we yet to get the refund. It says easy return. But its not that easy to return. Also we are not finding option to contact the customer service.

Decent frame. The whiteboard does not have predrilled holes so expect to use some elbow grease on assembly. My husband put the whole thing together by himself in 3 hours, save the whiteboard where he needed me to brace it so he could screw the screws in.My kid likes it. I'm not a fan of the ladder-- the rungs are placed so your foot naturally steps on the desk instead of the rung half an inch below it- there's not room for your foot to go between the desk and the rung. I'm not sure if the desk will take that additional weight well. We also had to buy some foam padding because the ladder rungs hurt my kid's feet.The whole frame squeaks amd shakes every time she moves, but my kid doesn't seem to mind.

The wood is extremely cheap. The pillows fall off the bed because there’s no backing to hold them on. Also there wasn’t a recommended size mattress to buy with this bed ( I got 12in) the mattress was as tall as the bed rail. My 2 year old fell of in 2 minutes just playing on it. Also the roof structure is in the way of going up the ladder and down the slide. I wanted to send this bed back but I threw the box’s away!

If I could give 0 stars I would…Seems like a good buy unless you need a replacement part! A piece came cracked and I have been trying for months to get it replaced. The company Gigacloud Technology could care less. They just take your info and never follow up with the claim. I have spoke to these people multiple times they say they are going to hand it off to get a replacement part and it never happens. I am now stuck with a $700 bed I can’t use. And since it’s past 30 days I can’t even return it. Amazon can’t help either!!! DONT BUY!!!
