Loved this pre work out. It gives you a great amount of energy without all the jitteriness. It gives you good focus. It does give you a bit of the itchy feeling but not a crazy amount. The flavor of it is good better than a lot of other flavors I have tasted. It’s easy to drink, does not have a bad texture.

I've tried many clean pre workouts and this one is in my top 3 favorites! simple clean ingredients and works very well. I don't get that jittery or overwhelming feeling when using Promix. The flavor is pretty good, a bit sour and not sweet but I don't mind that. I also like that it comes with a long scooper so you don't have to go digging around for it. I like that the serving size is 2 scoops for 200mg caffeine so on days when I don't need that much i use one scoop!

I've been using Promix Pre-Workout Powder for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and focus during workouts. The Raspberry Lemon flavor is delicious and mixes easily, and I appreciate that it's gluten-free and vegan.However, I was expecting a bit more of a "pump" from this pre-workout. While it does provide a good boost of energy, it doesn't give me the same level of muscle fullness as some other brands I've tried.Overall, Promix Pre-Workout Powder is a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, effective pre-workout supplement. Just be aware that it might not provide the same level of muscle pump as some other options on the market.

I am absolutely in love with this product. I have ADD and am prescribed adderall to take everyday. I am also an AVID caffeine drinker - like multiple cups of coffee and monsters a day. I know, super unhealthy. I cannot describe how amazing this stuff is.This powder does make me feel tingly for the first 15 minutes or so after drinking which was weird at first but now I kind of am used to it and oddly like. After drinking this stuff I feel 100% motivated - it makes me feel like I have taken my adderall, without actually haven taken it. I can't tell you how awesome this is. After taking my adderall there is always a come down because of the decreased dopamine. With this powder there is NO come down at all which is life saving. Its like a gradual calm.I drink this stuff and then I do my work out, run my errands, clean, and do whatever else I put off or left mid-chore due to my scattered brain.I would recommend this stuff to anyone looking for a natural boost. It also curbs my appetite which is an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

Tastes good, and seems healthy, but doesn’t really do much. I use 2 scoops and don’t feel anything.

Tastes good but literally no energy difference. Shame as healthy ingredients but I’ve had other brands similar with far better energy spike. I could take a nap after this. Gives me zero performance enhancing

I LOVE the packaging!! This type of bag is less wasteful and I wish more brands would make this switch. The functionality of this packaging is also nice. It was easier for me to deal with a snap bag than a huge bulky container for just some powder. It still has the plastic scoop, which sure isn't great for the enviro but I don't know of an alternative that keeps most customers happy. I personally needed it and was glad to have it. I love that they have 1% to the planet and are showing the committment through this packaging; please keep it up!!As far as the actual preworkout, I love that too. I had strawberry lemon and it tastes good, dissolves well, doesnt clump, and gives me good energy with a bit of tingle without too much. I'll be making this my regular preworkout as long as prices stay fair (currently waiting/hoping for a price drop).

Item arrived damaged, had to have Amazon make a “one time exception” to offer me a refund. If I were to order again, I would take all the risk that the product arrives in good condition and not damaged or I will be paying for nothing.With that being said, the item is a great stim free option to give you the tingles without messing up sleep for those who workout after work. The tingles are great! It mixes well enough but might have some powder in the bottom as all typical pre workouts do. The main reason to buy it is for the best ingredient list of any preworkout that makes you feel something.If the return/replacement policy gets fixed, this would be FIVE STARS. Not sure if I am allowed to say this on Amazon, but buy through the company’s website to avoid the atrocious risk of a damaged product with no replacement.
