Takes practice
I hesitated purchasing due to the low ratings, and once I got them it was really hard to apply at first. However, with some practice it becomes easier. My best tip is to pay attention to not mix top and bottom! If you look at them closely, you'll understand why - e.g. you want the bottom magnets to directly come in contact with the magnets from the top lashes (if you switch them, you'll end up having lashes + glue between the magnets on both sides which will make it stick to the applicator rather than the other lash).
