Oral essentials! Similar to Coco pull but fraction of the price. Will purchase again! This is an oil pull not a mouthwash, it's meant to be used prior to brushing your teeth! Love that it's small and individually packed, easy to travel and use. It will get solidified if in cold temperature, even if it does, i just run the bag in hot water for few seconds, it'll go back to liquid.

Don't let it sit too long. It gets hard like shortening.

Easy to use, actually was very helpful when I had a sore throat - gargled with it. In general I love oil pulling.

I bought this with the intention of using it to take with me to travel. However, when I first opened one of the packages, I could see chunks of coconut oil on the bottom of the package and the taste of the coconut oil and peppermint combination was atrocious! It had a strong minty taste at first and the coconut oil tasted like rubber. There's a bitter aftertaste and it definitely did not make my mouth feel fresh at all.

I have read a lot about the benefits of coconut oil for oral health and was excited to order this product. You receive 50, individually wrapped packets that can be easily packed for travel. This has a nice, mild mint flavor, convenient and is easy to use. While I cannot speak personally to the benefits of this product, or oil pulling in general, I like the packaging and ingredients and plan to update my review after using this for a few months.

This comes in single size packets that can be torn or cut open. I was expected an oil, but it comes out like a gel or toothpaste type consistency. The smell is ok but can't say that I have seen a difference in using it for a week. Hard to recommend unless you like a Coconut smell in your mouth.
