I don't know how it did it, but it turned a mess of bags stuffed tightly in a corner, into an organized miracle. I couldn't have put one more bag into the previous mess, but somehow I have extra room thanks to this bag. In fact, I didn't even need to use one of the slots. How does that happen? I did it, but still not sure how I have so much extra room now. INCREDIBLE! I added some pictures to show you how the rods go in. They go in vertically since it already has wire on the top and bottom. Just lift the velcro strap, insert the rod, push down all the way, then pull the velcro tab back over to keep it in place. I found it worked better when I pushed the rod down while covering it.

Missing pieces!
When this arrived it had the 6 tissue paper rods as advertised but did not have the 4 corner support rods. Contacted Amazon for a replacement and asked if the manufacturer would be notified of what was missing and was assured it would be noted when placing the order for the replacement. When the replacement arrived it was still missing the corner support rods! It will not stand upright without it! Also the customer service website listed on the manual is not valid!

No exterior rods. Received 6 rods for tissue paper and none to hold up the bag. Don't waste your money.

Don’t buy, cheap plastic...
Wouldn’t stay stiff after I filled it. Plastic that it is made of is really cheap. I was excited about receiving so I could put away all my gift wrapping crap and this was a total let down.

Looks small, but is sturdy and holds a lot!
I read some of the negative reviews, but took a chance and bought one anyway. I'm glad I did. There were no issues at all, and it came with the 4 corner rods that slide right down into the corner pockets and then get covered and closed with velcro. It's very sturdy, and looks deceptively small to hold all the stuff that you can fit in there. I had half a closet full of gift bags, tissue paper, etc. Now I just have this one bag. Great buy!

So confused - do not buy
I was soooo excited to like this purchase. I wanted to organize after the holidays,But the sides of this bag are not rigid! I’m so confused why I would want to put my gift bags and tissue paper (!) into a flimsy bag that will not protect its contents from wrinkles. What in the world. Returned immediately.

Very disappointed. The interior has NO vertical supports and collapses immediately. Great concept...just poorly constructed.

Missing Parts
I ordered this product shortly after I moved to a new apartment and when I started a new semester of grad school. By the time I got around to opening the package, I discovered that the corner support rods were completely missing from the package. Apparently, I'm not the only person to have this problem. Of course, it is now too late to the return the item. I've tried reaching out to the company but the web address seems invalid. I've tried to find a place on Amazon to request the missing pieces but no such luck. The product looks like it would be handy and sturdy. I'm ranking it poorly because it is unusable without the support rods.
