Like the glass bottle. I think they are too strong in several B vitamins. I only take every other day. I am switching to taking liver and organs for more natural supplements.

That's my (personal) opinion. The more-than-enough (MDR +) doses of important B vitamins seems like a solid blend. I've seen B-100 (really mega-doses!) and different ratios between the components, but there's no magic exact science or "best for everyone" rule. This covers it all, and was first recommended to me at an upscale (i.e., expensive) nutrition/vitamin store. Sort of on the expensive side, and I've since found it less expensively at a local independent pharmacy. But they were out of it when I needed it.So... Amazon! Quick, competitive pricing, packaged well, end of story.

Positive impact on my health: ENERGY booster, mind booster, gut booster (it makes your use the bathroom/cleans you out) and it makes you hunger.I know its working. I take NOTHING and this is all I take and I know it's impacting me. I will purchase again.THe pills are yellow, keep them way from heated areas (bathroom cupboard, above the stove shelves, away from sunlight)Slight smell to them.
