Now, whether I'm at home or away, I can easily control the watering system through the app, ensuring my new lawn is being frequently watered. After I'm done using it for the lawn, I'll be using it for my flower beds.However, I did encounter a minor issue with the initial connection process. The timer requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network, which isn't always straightforward to set up, especially if you have a dual-band router. I had to spend some time figuring out how to connect it properly. Once connected, it worked flawlessly, but this initial setup step could be a bit frustrating for those less tech-savvy. Easy to setup and use. Just add batteries, not included, connect to wifi and phone and away you go. Not needed at the moment much due to lots of rain but has easy pause function so not using water unnecessarily.

This was easy to attach to my tap and hose. Its controlled with the smart home app, (which i already had) but instructions has a QR code to down load it. It was really simple to set up and the app found the items straight away. (The gateway is the plug in black box and yellow unit is the valve controller.) Its easy to set a timer on the app for daily watering and/or remotely turn it on and off via wifi on the app. Do your precious plants will be safe from drought.

Bought to automatically switch on/off and set timers for sprinkler. I was skeptical at first but this sprinkler is pretty good. This is my first time using an automatic sprinkler and i have to say it's very convenient. I could never go back to the regular watering anymore. The app could use a little bit of work to make it look better but overall the connectivity is very quick and you can start using it right away. The product is well made and pretty high quality and there was no leakage once plugged in. I'm happy with this purchase and it's good price compared to other products of similar features.
