Love these!
Great shoe! I wear it for the gym when I do cardio. Great for the treadmill, stepper, etc. Also great when I walk my neighborhood. Very comfortable, and the mesh on top lets your foot breath.

I needed some comfortable shoes after having ankle joint replaced.
I had my ankle joint replaced and when I could start walking without the boot, I needed something with lots of cushioning because my 2 year old Brooks Adrenaline grs 22s weren’t comfortable enough anymore at that point. I had always been told by my orthapedic surgeon that there are 4 brands you should turn to when you need shoes that are backed by a lot of science. Asics,, Brooks, New Balance and Sauconys. I had my eye in the Sauconys for a while because they seemed to have the most likeable color ways to choose from and they were the most affordable on Amazon out of the 4 choices! Research lead me to the Saucony Shift 3s. I actually purchased a pair of the Black and gold with white sole and they were so comfortable! I could actually feel the insoles give a little bit with each step. But then Im a real big guy. It was like walking on a pair of clouds! I thought I had a new goto sneaker but then I found out that Saucony is discontinuing the Endorphin Shifts! So I purchased a pair of the red ones, and then these.I also decided to test the waters in a pair of the Miles To Go color way Ride 15s and to my surprise they are just as comfortable! I also purchssed a pair of the Shifts for my wife and I just ordered us each a pair of the Kinvara 14s Because they went on a 40% off sale and they look awesome! I have been a Brooks man for many years but although I still love them, Sauconys are my new go to for great running shoes under $100!

Not Holding Up as Well as Prior Year Model
I bought this in mid-August 2024 and run about 15 miles a week on average. At first it felt just ok in terms of its shock absorbent ability from running on the pavement, but in the past month or two clearly that has degraded as has the sole, which has worn through at the outer back edge of both shoes. Just not holding up as well as a prior version of this model after 6 months and about 360 miles on it. Unlikely to buy this model again, though would give Saucony another shot. Back to Brooks for a bit.

Looked thoroughly for a shoe as good as this
Love this shoe. Great cushion, on my third pair. As long as this shoe exists, I'll continue to buy when needed.
