Easy enough assembly. Straight forward and nicely built. Strong enough for homeowner stuff. I needed the full 39" to reach my pickup bed.Initially I could only get it to raise 35", but their customer service was fantastic! I sent them photos and descriptions of the issue and they patiently worked with me to troubleshoot the issue.Turns out it was 300ml low on hydraulic fluid. A quick top-off of fluid and now I have full height and raises strong. I have every confidence this will help me load and transport my table saw, tool boxes, generator, and even washers/dryers and furniture when moving in the future. If you work by yourself a lot or are short handed sometimes, this will save your back and some expensive medical bills. Work smarter and safer!

Nice lift to have around the house. The assemble was quick, rolls smoothly. Raising and lowering works nicely. It was missing cotter pins for the fork shaft. Everything else as you can see is amazing. Would recommend this.

The interior cables that hold the arms don’t descend at the same time. This is currently gathering dust.

Great lift. Heavy duty, rolls, and performs adequately, however....the paint they put on it is junk. Flakes right off. It came with paint flaked off. Was easy to assemble and price was decent. It weighs a good bit.

So as a one man show for an outdoor nature and child care center this thing has been a life saver! It is great for moving so many types of things and it also is great for holding up a board of anything else so that I can do the work of 2 by myself! It went together very easily and has been great since we got it!
