Supportive and pretty, but the wheels get jammed
The chair looks great and is supportive for my back, arms and head. I like that I can adjust the lumbar and arm rests so I can sit with a tailbone seat cushion. My only quabbles are that the parts came scruffed and dirty. Nothing significant, just some black marks on the white parts, but it would have been nice to not have to clean the parts after removing them from the plastic wrap. My largest problem is that the wheels get stuck or jammed when rolling around which is frustrating. Also while the legs are metal, the wheels don't seem as well made. Overall, it was a step up from my last chair and the pink is very pretty, but if you roll around a lot maybe be wary of that issue.

decent, there are better options
For the price its a good chair.pros - price and decent materialscons- not comfortable for a long period of time (over 2 hours), the seat especially doesnt have enough cusioning. The back is not comfortable at all, i feel like you need to use it without any lumbar setting its not in the right spot, or maybe I am too tall.biggest con for me, is does not role over carpet well. cheep wheels
