UPDATE: the support team had super quick response time and helped me figure out that one of the components was damaged. They sent me a whole new printer to fix the issue. It arrived in less than two whole days! Amazing team, amazing kindness, amazing printer. So excited to use it.So far it literally won’t print anything. Like it didn’t come with ink? Or it’s defective???I’m waiting on the troubleshooting email to get back to me. If they do I will update this review accordingly.So far I have low hopes as it also had trouble connecting but I did get that fixed.

Worked fine for the first week then all of a sudden started using two label pages for a single label. Did all suggested methods and nothing worked. It only got worse. Am returning it for it a refund on account of it will just eat your labels and keep spewing them out and then print halfway on the label and halfway off. All of this combined with a cheap product build , an absolutely terrible app, and no customer service to boot I would avoid this thing at all costs. If I didn’t want my money back I would love to just “Office Space” this thing but they aren’t getting my $70. I learned my lesson, don’t buy cheap crap and expect it to actually work because this pile of garbage does not work and will just cause frustration were ease was supposed to be .

The software program is a little complicated but once you figure it out, it works great. The directions were really poor.

The printer arrived today and I was able to get my first label printed in less than 10 minutes. I initially had an issue with the blinking red light which indicated that the printer didn’t recognize the paper. There is a quick start guide that has QR codes for different setup and troubleshooting tasks that had a video to address that specific issue. A reboot and reloading of the paper and it was fine.The only reason I gave it four stars is it wouldn’t accept the 4x6” rolled labels that I purchased at the same time as the printer. The roll says it is standard size but it won’t work. I ordered another roll from another brand and will update my review to a five star if they work.

This printer works great for eBay sellers. Saves so much time and makes it so easy.

The media could not be loaded. Not understanding this Printer. I followed all the instructions on the Manual but it won’t connect to my Laptop. It works on my IPhone but I also need it to work on my MAC 😩

This label maker is great so far! I absolutely love it! It prints in seconds. Easy to set up. Makes my side hustle online selling business run that much smoother. No Wi-Fi, no ink, no tape! The only issue I’ve encountered is some selling sites don’t give me the option to print 4x6 and I haven’t quite figured out how to adjust the size to print. But all the major sites print properly. Great investment at a great price.

I never buy something without it being at least 4 stars, so it must have been when I first got it. Now, the stars make sense. This thing is the absolute worst. Nothing we did could make it work, and that's saying something since my partner is an IT genius. Absolutely frustrating to work with, wouldn't stop making this horrible sound. Couldn't get it to work. Waste of money. I so badly want to return it but it took me a long time until I ended up opening it up and I missed my window. Don't buy it.
