Great for the action guy/gal/person in your life, or yourself. This chest mount harness is perfect for capturing adventures without the user having to get their hands involved. Simply set up your camera of choice beforehand (GoPro Hero 9 Max - 12, Insta360 Go 2 or Go 3, DJI Osmo Action 2, 3, or 4) then forget it while an adventure is had. This chest mount is compact and comfortable with more versatility than most other options. I like that I can mount my GoPro and film horizontally or vertically.

This is a nice alternative to oem GoPro accessories, which can be pricey. It works well and as expected and gives me the option to have the camera chest mounted instead of head mounted. It is nice to have that option for content creation. No complaints.

Did I take a silly pic? Yes.But come on—what did I think I’d look like with a camera harness strapped on?!In all seriousness: this is functional. It’s intended for action cameras and I can see why: it’s a bit precarious to put a phone on and yet: it does work (phone mount NOT included).The kit comes with an action cam mount and another optional piece that you can often on which provides a 1/4 inch thread screw.From there, you just buckle up your seatbelt (after adjusting the straps) and you’ve got on a decent camera harness. Even though they call it a harness, the instructions, and fit, of the thing makes it wear more like a vest.The straps are thin but durable: I see why it’s marketed towards hiking and biking, though having anything protrudingly strapped to you is inherently not the most comfortable thing.Overall, I’m satisfied: seems like it hits the sweet spot of price-to-quality to call it a value for those who are looking for pov footage at sternum level. It also works for unboxing videos: though the weight of a camera phone mount makes this a bit less stable for that unless you strap it on real tight.Hope this helps!

I have another chest harness I've been using that I got with an older action camera and I like this one much better. This one is much thinner and lighter yet still very adjustable. I have a long beard so being able to sit low enough is crucial. I'm currently filming with a DJI Osmo Action 4 and this chest harness fits it perfectly. The magnetic mount is very nice for quickly attaching and removing the camera, thought the Action 4 does have its own magnetic GoPro style mount so just getting extras of those to attach to everything makes it even easier. The camera is very secure and I am not concerned about it falling out. The buckle clip makes donning and removing the harness quick and easy, but it is my one concern for a future fail point. I'll be taking this harness on many mountain bike rides and I will update if there are any problems.

Neewer innovates and markets excellent products for videographers and photographers.This chest harness is one of the best I've tried and I've tested a lot of them.I'm old and have numerous disabilities which makes products like this troublesome for me. This one is very well made. The straps are wider than most and elasticized. The fabric is easy to handle and the harness slips on easily. The harness can be adjusted to fit over heavy winter clothing.The magnetic camera bracket mounts easily and securely. Adapters are included for GoPro and Insta360 cameras. (Three-finger and 1/4-20 mounts.) The bracket can be easily rotated 90-degrees for vertical shooting.However, the switch to release the belt buckle requires more force than my aged fingers can muster. I would suggest that people with conditions that limit their finger dexterity be cautious with regard to this product. Like me, they may nt be able to use it.But if you have the manual dexterity to deal with the belt buckle, this is a great chest harness, one of the best I've ever tested.Jerry

I like this chest harness. I wasn't sure if I would...I don't even like tight clothing, the idea of wearing a chest harness all day while I do some adventure filming just seemed...uncomfortable. But once you get this adjusted, it's kinda like a nice hug. I don't mind at all. As to the mount...much more solid than I was expecting. Which seems to be a theme with me lately trying out Neewer products. I have an expectation in my head based on experiences about a decade ago...but they have really started making some nice stuff that stands up to use. I expect this will be the same. I'm just now starting filming with it, so I don't have anything to show in terms of use yet...but If it looks less jumpy than my dog's footage I'm happy. I'd get again.
