super fun to play with. I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and ended up getting myself one too. It’s fast and runs well outside. We haven’t taken them through water yet.

Rather simple easily controlled RC truck. Battery seems powerful and lasted an easy 15 minutes out of the box before being being placed on a charger. Easy charging with a USB port. Fully expect battery to last 20+ minutes based on what I put it through in 15 minutes on grass, heavy gravel and pavement. Do not expect it to perform well in grass unless your on a putting green. But the motor is quite powerful IMO, and in most cases I was able to get it back out of the grass by quickly reversing and going forward until the vehicle momentum overcame the the thick grass and got some speed up. Not always but often enough to impress me with its power. The only issue is the battery connections which are made of black plastic and are very small for adult hands. Connecting the to short wired connector in the battery compartment (also black) to the battery is a careful, hard to see and somewhat delicate operation. Getting the batteries out is the same process. Battery compartment is somewhat small for both batteries when attached to the connector and requires some finesse to get them to fit in the compartment. For youngsters it's probably best done by an adult. All in all its still going to provide a lot of entertainment.

The car is great, but the remote is really poor quality. The forward button doesn't work and it's only been less than 6 months. I would give it 5 start, but if the car is good but no way to use it, it's basically useless so it gets a 2 star. I don't see a way to just get a replacement remote from the seller.

This thing is hard to control until you get the hang of it. There is no actual steering, it just reverses one side and goes forward on the other. The controls being two pads (Forward/Reverse, Right/Left) takes some getting used to. There is no analog variability either, it's either on or off, 0 or 100% throttle.Once you get the hyper responsive controls figured out it can do donuts and burnouts, throws gravel at bystanders, all that fun stuff.I haven't tried it in water yet, but it should work great. The seal on the battery is substantial, it makes charging the battery a pain, but it should keep the water out.Included is a usb charging cable. There is no wall adapter, you have to provide one yourself. The life of the battery is better than expected for a small battery pack. The charging takes all night on a 500mah charger, I haven't tried it on a fast charger, but it's about 20 minutes of drive time for 8 hours of recharge on my current setup. I'll have to see if I can't speed that up with a better charger.The car is easy to overturn and disable. Considering it moves fast, it can be quite a ways away from you when it topples over. There are similar items on here that have bigger wheels and they will drive right side or upside down. This does not do that, it just turtles itself and spins the wheels. Sadly, I can't even take the body off and get it to run upsidedown because of the shape of the main vehicle under the plastic body.A few things to consider, but overall it is a very fun toy and the fact that it won't die if you splash it through a puddle is nice too.

This is such a fun remote control car. My kids love it and I even have fun with it. It's super fast and it can drive/swim in water which is amazing. The battery life is good. It's easy to use the remote controller. Very durable and overall a fun toy.

This totally waterproof amphibious truck is a load of fun, especially at the beach.I am impressed that it actually continues to run after driving in the water sand and grit.The truck is fast but not super fast, and the steering is done by different wheel rotation rather that the front tires moving left or right which makes is a bit jerky to turn on hard surfaces but it also enables the 360 spin function.Also the truck has no suspension but the tires are fairly soft and provide a bit of squishiness.Fun for kids definitely and easy to operate.
