Quits Working
I just bought this in August of 2024. Now, it no longer works. When I plug it in it keeps blinking double eights on the digital screen.

Use cold or room temperature water
I used this for my Invisalign retainers, and they did a better job than the cleaning system that came with the retainers. I had a couple of stubborn stains that were not eliminated, but definitely reduced with use of this cleaner system. I did use the cleaning powder, although the product can be used with just water. It cleans by vibrating the chamber, which creates a little buzzing sound, and takes either 5, 8, or 10 minutes depending on the setting you choose. There is only one button, a power button, but pressing it multiple times cycles through the three different time settings. It also has a UV light that comes on only when the chamber is closed for safety reasons. Since the UV lights are on the top, you would have to flip the retainers to disinfect the other side. I'm using this for a weekly deep clean, but you should still use the brush (or a toothbrush) to clean your retainers or aligners daily.**UPDATE**After using it several times, the stains on my retainers have completely vanished! I did use warm water once, and the machine because of its vibrations will make the water significantly hotter. My retainers say to use only warm water, but not hot, so if this is your situation, I'd suggest using cool or room temperature water.

So far so good
I’ve had this about four months and use it daily. It seems to work just fine to clean the mouthpiece I use.Other reviews mentioned problems with the cord and other things they didn’t like, but I haven’t found them to be a problem. The only problem I have is, I tend to turn the unit back on while dumping out the cleaning solution. The ultraviolet lights don’t seem to be real. It look like they’re more for looks. On average the units I’ve used in the past Last between six months to a year. It’ll be interesting to see how long this one lasts. So far, I’m pleased with the unit

Cleans jewelry
I do not wear dentures, but I do have jewelry that needed cleaning, so I was pleased to be able to try out this device. It was very simple to use, and I was able to clean my rings and earrings and tarnished necklaces. Very simply I dropping them in With regular tapwater and dish soap. This is a way better option than using jewelry cleaner and a cloth that does not get into the crevices that were easily cleaned with the vibrations produced by this device. This is the perfect example of working smarter instead of working harder for cleaning my jewelry.

Product stopped working
Product stopped working after 3 months. I bought in September but didn’t start using until October. I replaced the water, plugged it back in and the lights flash, but the power will not turn on. It’s otherwise fair for what I’ve used it for, and does a decent job cleaning. Disappointed it couldn’t last longer.

UV Light is useless. Ultrasonic cleaning works well.
The ultrasonic cleaner definitely works. It pushed out a ton of gunk from the crevices of rings. However, if you're going to buy this for the UV sanitation feature, it is the wrong type of UV light for sanitation. For sanitizing, UV-C needs to be used at a sufficient power and time. UV-C is of course not visible to the human eye, but some spillover occurs and it is usually accompanied by a ghostly blue glow. UV-C also must be covered with quartz glass, which allows UV-C to pass through. The bulb covers on the sides of this cleaner are plastic, so even if it were UV-C, the UV-C would not pass through the plastic shroud properly. This UV light is purple. This is most likely just a regular blacklight covered by a plastic shroud, emitting UV-A or UV-B, which is not powerful enough to be an effective sanitizer.Unicherry does not provide information on the wavelength of the UV light. They did not specify which UV, and simply stated "UV light".This is quite disappointing because if it were actually UV-C, then the product would have been great. Nonetheless, if you don't care for the UV sanitation, then the product works well.Hopefully Unicherry revisits this product and fits it with proper UV-C.
