The media could not be loaded. Although I used the manual to identify the parts, I customized the shape to fit an area where my cats could get to it through my bedroom window.It was pretty simple to assemble; the pieces snapped together fairly easily. My daughter and I had it completely assembled and ready for the cats to explore in about an hour. After letting my boys check it out, I saw where I could rearrange a few shelves to better accommodate them and make it easier for them to move from shelf to shelf and get to the different levels. Once I got it just the way the kitties seemed to like it and after gently tapping every possible connection to make sure of a secure fit, I zip-tied the crap out of it; corners, sides, tops and bottoms. LOL Both of my cats weigh 11# each and the shelves easily supported them. It proved to be very sturdy and I'm thrilled with the results. No chance of my little darlins getting out now!I put in a bowl of water and a snuggly bed along with the hammock and hanging toys that came with it. Overall happy with this item. And the 🐈 felines 🐈‍⬛ like it as well!

You do get what you pay for. This product came with really crappy instructions, and is so flimsy, it doesn't hold a cats weight if they jump on it a couple of times. I should have returned it immediately and not wasted half a day putting it together.

Very large kennel.Pain to put together, but worth the work. Our elderly cat loves it! We keep one door open so that he can come& go as he pleases.My only wish would be for it to have more than 3 doors, and to also have locks on them.

Nice size for 1-2 adult cats for temporary housing or secure play area. Not a fan of the design, plastic juts for closure are poor, had to use carbineers to keep door closed, and had to use zip ties all around the cage every floor (4) knowing that, I wouldn't buy again , needs alot of design work to make more sturdy and secure.

It looks pretty online. Once I got it, it had to be put together like a cheap puzzle. It's a great size, but that's where it stops. It falls apart easily.

Perfect to make a kennel for my cat. He needs to recuperate. Easy to assemble and best of all is that you can make any kind of design that you want.

This is THE WORST purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Probably not the absolute worst but now I question all of my life choices. This is not a cage. It is a test of your ability to have patience with assembling this product for hours on end and even thinking about it in your sleep.Everything is held together by cheap plastic spacers. No screws, no bolts. Cheap plastic nightmares that snap and break. Once you assemble this with 2 other people to hold everything in place, prepare to zip tie every single connection. If I want to move this or sell it, I'll be cutting zip ties for 2 days. I feel sorry for you if you buy this. I feel sorry for myself. This is NOT for big cats, they will snap those zip ties like a twig in a hurricane. Kittens are the only option for this cheap "cage."Forget about cleaning the top levels. Once it is assembled, there is no chance of adding or removing anything or cleaning up your cat's vomit at 2am. You get to look at this monstrosity in all of its wonky terrible glory. 10 out of 10 cats owners do not recommend.RUN. Don't walk. Run away from this product. I hated that I had to give it any stars.

I like how big it’s going to be. Haven’t finished putting it together yet. It’s takes some time! Instructions are not the best.
