Needed a cell signal booster for a unique situation.My family has a restaurant in the NYC area and there is a complete full kitchen and prep area in the basement. The complaint from ALL staffers is... there is literally NO cell service in the basement.So in doing a bunch of research - found this booster and looked straight forward in regards to installation.Bear in mind I used the complete cable lengths taut through drop ceilings.. the connections are smaller diameter coax connections. I'm sure if I tried I could have found the right connectors and run extended cables. That being said ... connecting everything up and plugging it in to power up took all of 10 minutes.This install did take just about 4 hours - PURELY because we had to get the cable from the OUTSIDE into the building and snake it through to the center of the basement work area so we can position the flat indoor antennas on either side of the basement of max exposure.So just to be clear on what this is... Booster may be the wrong thing to call this device...What this is is a REPEATER.... as the service at street level and beyond is perfect.. it grabbed a strong signal and repeats it bi directionally into areas in which the signals cant reach otherwise. For me that was a basement that was a complete dead zone and now a live zone!Frankly if you have NO spot where you get relatively good service for this device to grab on that particularly strong signal to repeat.. I can see why this device would fail.If I had that challenge my approach would be .. use my cell phone and find the STRONGEST signal spot on the property (literally walk around until you get the strongest experience calling and running speedtest on the cell phone). Once found .. That's where I would anchor the outdoor antennae and then plan in the cable run to the main powered unit to repeat said origin signal to the weaker less desirable service.TLDR: It worked flawlessly for us. Staff went from not being able to receive any phone calls or make calls to 4 bars of strength and no issues. Staff Happy... I'm happy not to deal complaining staff... All is good =)

It did not come with any instructions.The plug was broken and I had to repair it myself.

This took my 1 bar inside and sometimes no bars inside and bumped it up to 4 and 5 bars it is doing what I needed

I'm pretty disappointed in this, and I don't see much of a difference. Followed all the directions and just cannot get an improvement. We live in a deep valley, and regardless of how big of a tower we put this on...it just doesn't grab a signal and return to us. I'm sure it's ok in some setups but definitely not in ours. Waste of money.

The description says it works for T mobile, but it does not help with Data at all. Internet drops out constantly and cannot load a time Google page. Installed correctly in optimum location, do not recommend unless you only need voice calls only

Had better signal without the stupid thing. Getting no signal at all. A waste of my money. And cords so freaking long can’t even walk thru the room.

Did not work at ALL. No customer service. Very bad setup instructions
