Solid, innovative battery
I really like the idea of this battery being able to swap them between different platforms, I wish that they could have incorporated the ability to charge from a regular tool battery charger, but I also do like the fact that there is USB-C incorporated into them because it's nice to be able to use it as a portable charger if needed while at work or also charge it from a USB-C port in the truck. Other than that, the battery works well and has a good lifespan between charges.

Great fix and excellent capacity.
Works great on my Dewalt compatible electric impact wrench. Plenty of power to run a 1/2' impact driver to rotate 4 tires on a midsize passenger vehicle. Good fit and secure attachment.Quick and easy to charge with USB-C cable. The additional USB outputs for the battery pack are great for charging a phone, or other small devices in a pinch.

Stay away from this junk!
There so many things wrong with this product I don’t even know where to begin! Let’s start off with the adapter that goes from the battery bank to (in my case) DeWalt 20V tools. The size wires that are inside this adapter is a pure joke! WAY too small! Under heavy operating load those wires will burn! Now let’s talk about the actual battery bank and its build quality, PURE Chines JUNK! The cells that are inside are NOT Molicel P42A! Not even remotely close! Also the cell are placed way to close together! The spot welds is another joke! The nickel strip is barely attached to the cells! I was able to pull it off with my bare hands which shouldn’t be possible if it was done right! Also, there nothing that isolate the PCB from the cells! It literally just sits on top of them! Overall it’s a pure junk!

A fine interim but not the best solution
I've used this as my main power bank and power tool battery for at home DIY work - the rating I feel is rather fair provided the issues. The first would be build quality - my battery came with a screw that clearly had not been tightened all the way since you could see the battery cells within the case. Not a huge issue, but somewhat concerning as tightening it anymore doesn't actually close the battery. Another sign of quality woes is the rubber flap for the USB covers fell off within a week of using it as my work charger while away from my desk.Using it with my DeWalt tools generally worked well enough, most tools had no complaints, but it's hard to look against the added bulk this 4ah battery is compared to the DeWalt 4ah battery. You can argue that the device has the added benefit of USB-C+USB-A functionality, but the DeWalt USB-C charger + 4Ah (which you may have already owning the tools) can be had cheaper than the CEENR setup. The battery was not happy with many of my Flex tools, they'd work but under any considerable amount of load they'd die like a low charged battery. The added benefit of the DeWalt variant is that the charger accepts 100w in versus CEENRs 45w.Functionally as a powerbank and as an emergency tool battery, it's great. I used this to keep an iPad and iPad charged through a business trip without any issues. It looks way more professional than a DeWalt battery and can be slimmer than the DeWalt (or any other power tool band equivalent setup)However, with the quality concerns of the casing and the current price point, it's hard to recommend it. While I appreciate the ability to move batteries between brands, I think it would make more sense to just adapter the batteries you probably already own to other brands as the adapters run about the same money.

Great idea, poor execution
I loved the idea of an adapter that can use a battery on different platforms. I have both Rigid and DeWalt tools, and would love to interchange batteries. But right off the bat, I tried using this on my DeWalt heat gun, and it just didn't have the power to generate enough heat like my other batteries. Strike number one. Two, it takes FOREVER to get a full charge on this with the USB charger. Next, I got excited by the prospect of using my USBC-powered soldering iron in the field with this battery. It would have been fantastic to have a compact battery to throw in my tool bag and have a soldering iron available where there is no plug-in power. Strike number two. This battery even fully charged did not have the power to heat my soldering iron up to operating temperature even for a moment. It made it to about 300 degrees and that was it. This iron uses a standard phone charger to work when plugged in, so c'mon... that's kind of ridiculous. Finally, the plastic housing worries me a lot. I have a long history with Li-ion batteries, and one thing I know is they do not like severe shocks like dropping on concrete. If a cell gets damaged, you have a potential fire hazard on your hands. That's why the big name brands like Rigid, Milwaukee, DeWalt and the rest have ruggedized housings on their Li-ion batteries. You're gonna drop them once in a while, it's just reality. If I dropped this, I'm afraid the case would break open. So, great idea... but not quite ready for prime-time.
