Love these PDNation Batteries, Highly Modular
Let me start by saying that these batteries are great. PDnation batteries have quickly become some of my favorite because of all the features and modularity you get with them. The main feature of these batteries is the interchangeable adapter. The top of this battery can come off and be replaced with a new adapter that will let you use one battery with many different brands of tools. All you need is the right adapter plate and it will slot right in to the battery and work with other brands of tools. This is a great innovation and allows you to save a decent amount of money if you run a lot of these PDnation batteries with different brands of tools. Instead of owning 3 batteries of 5 different brands, you can just have 3 PD nation batteries that can be used with all your brands. I have the Makita adapter and the black and decker adapter so I can use the battery with either of those tool brands. They also make adapters for other brands too.Other features on this battery include USB C charging and a USB A output for charging your phone or any other USB device. It also has a nice indicator light so you can see how much charge you have left. Its important to note that these batteries charge via USB C instead of the specific drill battery chargers. I believe they specifically say that you shouldn't charge these batteries with the drill battery chargers. For me USB C works great and it seems like they are even fast charge capable. You will just have to remember to keep a USB C cable where you charge your drill batteries. As for capacity, they aren't the largest capacity batteries considering the footprint. They are about the same size as the name brand 6Ah batteries but only have a 4Ah capacity. That being said, I trust the 4Ah rating to be true since CEENR is a pretty reputable brand. That is more than I can say about other brands of aftermarket drill batteries. I believe the footprint is large due to the capacity because these batteries have the extra integrated adapter plate. Without the adapter they are pretty low profile but once you add the adapter, its pretty large. Regardless, they are well made and last pretty long for me. The plastic housing on the batteries is quite durable and has withstood a few drops without any issues or cracks.I can also attest to the top notch customer support from CEENR. I had an issue with a different CEENR product in the past and they helped me out right away and got a replacement sent my way. As far as I'm concerned CEENR is a great company that cares about their customers. They also make quality products that are built to last and save you money in the long run. Buy once cry once.I typically use this battery for my wireless soldering iron. It runs off Makita Batteries which is why I ordered this PDNation battery with the makita adapter. But I've also switched this out with my black and decker adapter and used it to run my drill too.Overall, I would highly recommend this battery and other PDnation batteries. They aren't the cheapest on the market but they are modular, well made, and have lots of features that you won't get with other brands. Just keep in mind that they don't charge with standard drill battery chargers but use USB C instead. If you're looking to refresh your drill batteries, I would recommend considering fully switching over to PDnation. They make great batteries and have top notch customer support. 10/10

Versatile Dual Purpose Battery
This battery is a great buy for the power rating and comes with the adapter for the OEM Tool. It fits both the tool and the charger perfectly with the adapter on although does not charge in the OEM charger. You charge it by way of USB-C using a maximum charging speed of 45 Watts. It arrived well packaged and the injection molding is clean and crisp. My only complaints with this product are:1) the size as it is a bit larger than the OEM batteries and some of the competitors that do not use an adapter.2) It does not charge when placed into the OEM charger. You must use the USB cable to charge it.That said, none of my other batteries can be used as a power source to either power, or charge other devices.PROS:• It’s a 4000mah, which has considerably long-lasting power for the more power-hungry tools such as my chainsaw, and reciprocating saw.• Has both USB-A and USB-C that can be used independent of a power tool• Has a battery test button• LEDs are small and a bit hard to read in sunlight• Adapter that fits OEM power tools and chargers perfectlyCONS:• Requires an adapter• Still carries same weight as typical OEM battery• Slightly larger than a 4000mah OEM battery• No carrying case when using it as a mobile power source

Versatile and Practical Battery Solution
I ordered the CEENR 4.0Ah PDNation Battery Replacement for Makita 18V tools and have been thoroughly impressed by its performance and versatility. This battery isn't just another replacement for Makita tools—it brings unique features that make it stand out in a crowded market. One of the key highlights for me is its dual function: it powers my Makita tools effectively and doubles as a portable power bank to charge devices on the job. This multi-use capability is incredibly practical, especially for someone like me who often needs to keep devices charged while working. The compatibility with different tool brands is another fantastic feature. The design includes a snap-on locking adapter, allowing you to switch between tool brands just by changing the adapter plate. This eliminates the need to invest in multiple batteries for various brands, which is a real cost-saver. While this model comes with the Makita adapter, I appreciate that the flexibility to add others is there if my tool collection changes in the future. This design also incorporates a USB-C interface for charging the battery, which is a modern and convenient touch. Though it takes about 60–90 minutes to fully charge with a 20W USB-C charger, the wait time feels worth it considering the battery's performance and features.Solid Build and User-Friendly FeaturesThe CEENR battery is well-made and feels durable. Its build quality is good, and the functionality is straightforward. The four-bar LED status indicator is clear and helpful, letting you easily monitor the remaining power. The USB-C and USB-A ports on the battery make charging phones or other devices simple and fast. Whether powering a tool or charging a phone, this battery gets the job done. One small downside is that it doesn’t work with Makita’s OEM chargers—you must charge it through the USB-C port. While this might be a dealbreaker for some, I found it wasn’t an issue for my workflow since I already use a USB-C charger for other devices. Additionally, the lack of rubber over-molding on the case means it might be less protected from impacts. However, I’ve had no issues with it fitting securely onto tools or the adapter plate, and the design feels solid enough to handle regular job-site wear and tear. Conclusion: A Versatile and Cost-Effective OptionOverall, this battery is a great addition to my toolkit. Its ability to serve as both a reliable power source for my Makita tools and a backup power bank makes it a versatile and valuable purchase. The fast-charging capability and compatibility with multiple tool brands add even more value, making it an excellent option for anyone looking to streamline their tool setup. While it could benefit from some minor tweaks, like rubberized casing for added protection, the CEENR battery delivers solid performance at a reasonable price point. If you’re looking for a practical and innovative battery solution, this one is worth considering.
