New Balance womens Fresh Foam X 1080 V14 Running Shoe

If you have high arches - these are the shoes for you. I mean I’m not a doctor but I have super high arches and if I wear flat shoes or anything without support for over an hour, the middle of my feet hurrrrrrrrt. Badly.I have ON Clouds, I like them. But not for walking long distances or stretches of time in. I tried the infamous Hokas. I actually went to the shoe store to finally “buy into” (literally) the Hoka hype bc so many people rave about them. Their cushion, their support, how long they can wear them throughout the day - and several of my friends are either in the medical industry and on their feet all day, and/or marathon runners. But they just weren’t doing it for me. I honestly do not get the Hoka hype. I really don’t. It felt like they were squeezing my feet from the sides inwards? Idk how to explain it. And I have a normal width foot. And I tried on several variations of that brand. I mentioned this to the gentleman helping me with my shoe selection. I told him I have really high arches, my ON Clouds were not cutting it, and I just was not into any of the Hokas enough to buy them. He suggested the New Balance 1080x14s. I half-way rolled my eyes thinking NB is the official Dad-shoe and I would have to go get some appalling socks to go with them lol. But agreed to try one on with a Hoka on the other foot.THE SECOND I took my first step in the New Balances I verbally exclaimed out loud “oh noooooooooo 😫😫 not the dad shoe!” Yes. The dad shoe. The amount of cushion, the arch support, they’re lightweight, they come in like 15 color options or something like that, I was sold. This blue pair is my second pair that I bought immediately (one pair for the gym which isn’t really necessary but they feel so amazing I told myself they were) and this second pair for running trails, walking, etc.The dads know what’s up. Sorry for all the jokes I made at your expense all these years. Carry on.

Consistent small sizing. I normally wear a size 9.5 in nearly all other shoes. Yet I always need a 10 in these New Balance 1080’s. Excellent quality & outstanding comfort.

Researched gym shoes that are good for bad knees and found these. They have made walking so much more comfortable and my knees definitely don't ache as much after exercising.

Big foot betches beware: this is a comfortable shoe, but veryyyy clunky. These shoes make my feet look three times larger than they are, and I'm a size 10 wide in women's New Balance. These shoes make my already large feet look VERY disproportionate from my body. It feels like I'm wearing very lightweight bricks on my feet. It's almost as if the New Balance shoe designers put these shoes through chatGPT and said "more shoe, more support, now EVEN BIGGER, MORE FOAM, SO MUCH FOAM YOU CANNOT FOAM ANYMORE!"That being said, these shoes are comfortable, but don't expect a shoe that you can quickly maneuver in. Running in these is like running in a pair of wooden clogs; you have to be mindful of your foot placement to ensure you don't roll your ankle. LESS FOAM!

Zappos is a reputable company that offers choices, especially in shoes, on which I have come to rely for several years. Because I have a very narrow foot I am able to get New Balance shoes that I can wear.Very few companies seem to carry narrow shoes anymore. Thank you Zappos!

This is my wives second pair and she swears by them, some of the best running shoes out there. Provides comfort and stability for long runs.

Son super super cómodas. Las amooo. Las recomiendo al 200%. Tengo problemas con una rodilla y estuve de viajes por Colombia, caminé bastante y nunca sentí molestias. De verdad que son buenísimas.
