The Sonic Boom M2 High Speed Rope is yet another product by Epitomie Fitness that I am extremely pleased with, these guys definitely know how to get things right.The product comes in a smart looking box and also includes a draw bag both of which include a nicely designed logo. Inside the box are easy to follow instructions to adjust cable length and a link to free jump rope training videos. The product itself comes with two lightweight ropes one in red and one in black. The ropes are easy fixed into the handles and also removed from them simply by pressing down on the button on top of the handles. The locking system is great and keeps the rope in place. The product overall is easy to hold and very lightweight. The M2 High Speed Jump Rope is a great alternative to running to get in some aerobic conditioning during lockdown. I'm happy with it and highly recommend it.

I recently bought this jump rope as I wanted to get back into skipping as part of my current fitness programme. I have previously used standard ropes, so wanted to get something at higher quality and speed to further build up my cardio. The Boom M2 has turned out to be an excellent choice!The rope (you get two of them in the package) is fitted into the handles with absolute ease and can be adjusted as required. The handles feel good in my hands and at the right weight level. What I like most about this jump rope is that it stays nicely untangled whilst skipping. And being able to skip extra fast as part of a good work-out is great as I never got this from standard ropes.I currently work with the videos, which access you can get for free. They help me with getting back into a good technique to make skipping light and easy and offer variations and tricks, which make the jumping experience more interesting and helps with my balance.This jumping rope tries to stand out from the rest. Although a bit higher priced, it achieves a great value in its quality and together with its additional features.

Great sturdy skipping rope for more advanced users. Beware if you’re a beginner as it’s a speed rope and is thin, so if you whip yourself when skipping, it’s going to hurt! I love using skipping as part of my cardio routine and this rope is perfect. I love that you can easily adjust the length so both myself and my other half can use it, and it comes with a bag which is great for keeping our home gym tidy and taking it with us if we go away. Would certainly recommend!

Really pleased with the new sonic boom speed rope. Really can't believe its made this much of a difference. Honestly before today I'd only strung a few double unders together in a row. I've gone straight to the 20's and even did 32 in a row. Great rope, no tangle, good grips, smooth bearings and a very happy customer. Was deliberating whether or not £30 was far too much to spend on a skipping rope but having had the last couple break on me I went for it. As soon as I opened the box I could tell this was a quality product, there is a good sturdy feel to the handles compared to the hollow plastic counterparts I have used previously. The method for feeding the rope into the handle is very easy and adjustments can be made in seconds. Also a bonus/spare black rope in the box which I was not expecting. Can't say much for durability yet but have a good feeling i will get many years out of this one!

I have to be really honest and say.. i have trained most of my adult life and i have done boxing training most of my life, used many jump ropes and thought when i sern this i had to get.. but sorry to say what a waste of money this is. The wire rope is way to light and keeps catching my feet . Tried to be patient and give it s bit of time. But just give up in the end and went back to my cheap sports direct £4.99 jump rope that i have always used for many many years with no problem.. this is now back in it box in the back of the cupboard..way to light and a waste of time and money.....
