Helps to fall asleep 😴 quicker
I have trouble sleeping, this seems to help me fall asleep quicker. I also take a magnesium glycinate pill and half of another pill to help me stay asleep. Seems to work well. Don’t wake up as much as I did in the past and can fall back to sleep fairly quickly when I do.

Absolutely love this and the scent is great and moisturizing and light texture and very absorbent and very effective and great quality product for nightly use.

this works well for muscle pain, and I use it before bed. Dries quickly and softens the skin.
