Great product! Great value for the price. The box says refrigerated, so I keep mine in the refrigerator until I need it.

These are wonderful, they help with dryness and drive for me. I love the feelings these give me, and the relief they give me due to hysterectomy!

There were also fewer side effects compared to some over-the-counter options I’ve tried in the past. The instructions also recommends to keep them refrigerated for easier insertion.The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that they indicate they may help with hot flashes but I have yet to notice a differenceOverall, I highly recommend the Pure Woman Pause-Me-Not suppositories to anyone looking for a natural way to ease menopause symptoms. The (pre-menopausal) user of these suppositories ultimately decided they were too goopy or oozy for her preferences. Getting her to try them was its own challenge, but upon winning that battle, I was rewarded with hearing about how it "felt squishy" and was "oozy" after insertion. I suppose some degree of that is to be expected, but it was to the point that she declined to use more than a couple of these because they left her feeling less comfortable than she was before using it. Your mileage may vary.

This product has the worst nauseating odor. I got up in the middle if the night to take a shower. Really awful product. And I'm tired of seeing duplicate and triplicate re views on Amazon. Very misleading.

These suppositories had what I was looking for in terms of ingredients. I was looking for something more natural and mild than the prescription suppository I was on. These are a lot milder, with none of the adverse effects that I was experiencing. Very mild and gentle, also easy to use. They were effective for me .

These were easy to insert and didn’t cause any discomfort. They gave me relief of pre menopausal symptoms. I found that they particularly worked well with dryness.

This product did not do anything for me.
