I was recently reading a mommy forum about those with young kids and feeling overstimulated all the time by the constant yelling and crying. It was recommended to get the name brand of an item similar to these and after careful consideration and comparison, I decided to give these and another pair a chance. The other pair was 30 DB which was similar to the name brand. I found that they did not block out enough noise of the high pitch and conversation granted I don’t want complete silence but it just wasn’t enough when I saw these were 45db, a beautiful, discreet pink color, and similiar style, I decided to buy. They have significant sound blockage without being completely silent. I am much happier with these and time will tell how they do. They came in a nice carrying case with different size plugs but the ones that came in fit me perfectly and were easy to pop in.

They work for everything I want! I've been using them for about a month now, and they help me sleep better, my car let's in a lot of road noise and they help immensely with that. Finally got to test them at a concert and my ears had no ringing at the end of the night. My favorite part is how comfortable they are, my ears don't feel uncomfortable after wearing them for a long time. Would highly recommend!

Too long initially, so it hurt my inner ear, but I used basic scissors and cut 1/3rd of the length off and reattached the tips, that's basically the perfect length for me.One thing to note, try to avoid rubbing them with alcohol, as this can break down cheaper plastics over time and cause then to leech BPA/other chemicals.They don't block out as much sound as my foam earplugs would, but I like not needing to open fresh packs every night and dump a million foam plugs into the trash. At home I just needed something to blunt the sounds coming from the kitchen, and this paired with my air purifier's white noise works well enough.I like being able to pull them out easily with the circle and they don't fall out overnight, my foam plugs would sometimes. Overall recommend.

As I'm hard of hearing with Auditory Processing Disorder, I use these only at night to sleep. The center piece comes out of the external portion, to make them more comfortable for side sleepers.They block out sound pretty well, and I feel like that varies a little bit by size of inserts, so there's some options, depending on what's needed.The option of multiple sizes in one case is fantastic, and the case they come in is much more durable for travel and life in general than the thin clear plastic cases I've seen many others come in. Would definitely purchase again.

I have been using these plugs for several weeks and they have greatly improved the quality of my sleep. They are soft, comfortable and adapt well to the ear without causing discomfort, even if you sleep on your side. They insulate ambient noise very well - perfect for blocking snoring, traffic or noisy neighbors. They don't eliminate all the sound (which can be positive if you need to hear an alarm), but they reduce it enough to be able to rest without interruptions. I totally recommend them if you are looking for a simple and effective solution to sleep better.

These ear plugs are so awesome and functional! I work graveyard shift so getting a good sleep during a busy day is a must need and these have helped alot with cutting out noises around my home. They are also really comfortable and don't leave my ear hurting from having them in and sleeping on them. I definitely recommend for people who need to sleep during noisy hours of the day! Or if you just need protection from work related noises. And they stay in place with no problem and the size is perfect with different inserts sizes

My husband has pretty severe sleep apnea, but refuses to use a CPAP device. Other than sleeping in a separate room every night, I had to find a solution. Having tried many different types of foam and silicon ear plugs, these provide the best fit for me and they stay snugly inserted. I can barely hear him sawing away now. If I had to mention a negative it would be that the metal part is a bit rigid and can be slightly uncomfortable after a long night. Easy storage for travel!
