Worth it
I really like these a lot! Really saw a change in my digestive and regularity. My energy levels were a bit higher but I cannot say it’s from taking these pills. Will definitely order again.

Brought back energy
Help with stress levels, not much bothers me anymore. Helps with staying on track. I know this is for men or so it says. But it the only thing I can find on the market that has everything I am looking for in a supplement. I am menopausal and this stuff works like a charm. I stay focused and not much get on nerves. Love this product.

Try it alone (without other vitamins) for a week or so first)
It started giving me acid reflux every night, even though it was only taken in the morning. I took other vitamins with it at the time, so it could have been a combination of those too. I’m gonna wait a week then try taking it separately to see the difference.
