the power button is touchy , can't flip it over on the floor to use on heels it shuts off

I purchased this to replace my current model that has become too hard to switch on.This newer model is lighter weight and has many of the same features and also a grip handle for better maneuverability. I like it, but I’m a little disappointed that it doesn’t have as much power as my older model.The variety of interchangeable massage heads is good, especially the shiatsu heads

We had a older one that had a great vibrator. Th I s one not as strong it does not give the relief that my older one did

Why didn't I buy one of these earlier? Neck and shoulder pain? This worked for me!

We have used a Medtronic’s massager for years, but we wore it out! Very excited to find they still made a similar product BUT totally disappointed in the new design. The control buttons are placed where your hand easily shuts the unit off while using it. The skinny handle looks nice but not easy to hold on to. The intensity of the motor is weaker than the older model. They need to scrap this design and go back to the drawing board!

Bought as a gift .. finally gave it to her. .. she used it for approx 5 min .. high setting with heat .. leaned back on device and it stopped. Had to unplug and re plug in order to have it reset . .tried again for a couple times .. same result .. already outside of return window .. if not I would be returning it for either a refund or replacement .. would have preferred a replacement ,, just in case it was a isolated problem .. device comes with a 2 year limited warranty.. Please contact me in order to get this issue resolved. Thanks in advance...
