They are OK - good quality build, not that comfortable with the provided buds and the sound is not fantastic (clarity of the sound is somehow missing) - I love my older ultimate ears better. Maybe some better buds would improve the sound as well due to better sound insulation. I didn't really tried them for phone conversations.

Amazon has a good price on these now, that's why I tried them. I own paradigm floor, rear and center speakers. I'm on my third home theater in 15 years.I didn't expect much considering how much I hate ear buds, I have tried all the brand name self titled audiophile versions (Polk,klipsch, soul, sol republic and so on) and all I can say is that they were horrible in some major ways (didn't fit right, falling out of my ears, or just sounded terrible. So I moved up to hifiman 400's and monster Inspiration for outside the house.These S2's ear buds sound incredible and fit without pain and aggravation and the sound quality is like you are sitting between two floor speakers. I haven't had time to break them in properly but I highly recommend these if you want or need smaller ear buds vs. True headphones. For the discount Amazon has now this was one of the best deals I've gotten in 17 years. And the fit is finally been taken into account by the engineer who designed these. Four thumbs up and I am very picky.

Not a significant improvement over $15 ear buds. And everyone complains that I sound muffled when using the mic on a phone call. Find something else, I have too now after wasting $100. I bought this for great sound, and an improved microphone, and just got somewhat better sound.

These are great headphones -- especially when you can find them heavily discounted. I also own a pair of Shure 535's -- and there's not much difference between the two. If you're sitting down, concentrating on nothing else but the music, the Shure's sound a little better. But, I bought these to use running errands / cutting the grass / working out -- so, there's no way that I'm going to be able to tell the difference with all the ambience distractions of these actions.They remind me of a pair of Etymoic buds that I had before the Shures -- and that's a compliment. They were on sale here for $28 recently -- and you can't beat that price.

great deal and great product. I caught on sale wish I could get that sale again. Suburb sound now listening to other headphones and earbuds just does not cut it!

This purchase exceeded my expectations by far! These are very good headphones - the sound is very clear and the earbuds are very comfortable. I would buy these again.
