I honostly didn't think this was gonna work. It did help with breathing. Less hacking for sure. It's a normal size gel capsule. It doesn't taste bad or anything. The price isn't bad either especially for what it does.

After taking this for about a week now I haven’t noticed much improvement. I did notice a small difference in my energy such as having a little more will to go for a quick run but overall nothing major related to my lungs etc. This might be different for everyone but personally I don’t think the difference is enough for me.

I have researched the ingrediants and have found that the product contains the quality ingredients that one would expect at a fair price. Although I don't personally suffer from any lung problems, I would recommend this product to those who do.

No weird after taste and normal size pills that are easy to swallow. My lungs do feel better after taking this.Only complaint is the tamper evident seal was harder to break than some other brands.
