Great question, Gill. I'm glad you asked. Yes, this $9.00 balloon comes standard with two HD cameras, weatherproof enclosure, GPS tracking device, and remote-denonating parachute. The item ships expedited on a private charter jet for free, and if ordered between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00 pm on any even number of the month, you get two of these packages at half-off and Amazon even throws in at no additional charge "Clarissa Explains It All: Season 1" and a complimentary multipack of Gogurt. Since I'm not a fan of Gogurt, I called Amazon and asked if I could get something else instead. They upgraded me to an iPad at no additional charge. This is why I always choose amazon for all of my balloon purchase needs. Good luck and enjoy the bargain.

well, I think one balloon can lift a 10lbs. payload. So divide the weight of the person by that much and that's how many balloons you'll need.

Q: How does one fill the balloon up with helium? Do you need to buy a separate helium tank?

It will not stay up more than 5 hours (tops).
