Having struggled with anxiety and stress that was affecting my sleep and also my day, my Functional Medicine MD started me on this and Designs for Health-Neurolink for the two weeks until my lab results came back. Within two days, I was feeling MUCh better, sleeping through the night and not so revved-up feeling during the day. The herbs calm and the PS helps tamp down some cortisol, though it has not reduced my blood levels, which has led to further supplementation with SeriPhos in the morning. I highly recommend both this product and seeing a Functional Medicine Dr, who will look for and treat the CAUSE of your symptoms. Mine is all for natural remedies and not throwing Rx meds at your symptoms, which can often have devastating withdrawal effects and crippling side effects. This product was Amazon ordered and was delivered the exact day it was promised by two-day shipping.

I got this after a recommendation from a friend. I explained my symptoms and she agreed that it sounds like adrenal fatigue. She is seeing a naturopath who put her on this supplement. It has helped her greatly so I ordered it. I took one capsule and noticed I felt relaxed but not in a tired way. Felt like my heart rate and bp dropped. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. Been doing that for about 4 days and when I get home from work I am ready to take it bc it makes me feel so much better. I have actually been able to get something’s done around the house after work instead of sitting on the couch and not moving. I know it’s only been a few days but I am excited. I have cabinets full of supplements as I have been trying to treat my fatigue for years bc I haven’t gotten help from my dr. So this is promising!

I had a rather adverse reaction to these. I share only because it was really hard to find any info on this, and hope it helps someone else if they experience it. I had extreme hypersensitivity. Swinging between Rage and Panic. I stopped taking after three days and am working with my dr for further support. I don’t believe there was anything wrong with the supplement but at this time it was not right for my individual body.

Please, as with all supplements but especially one as specific as CatecholaCalm, consult with your physician before taking this product. My PCP (primary care physician) is of East Indian descent, and is extremely knowledgeable about an array of supplements and their interaction with prescription medications for particular diseases and/or disorders. He specifically recommended CatecholaCalm by Designs for Health, as I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis as well as hypothyroidism, confirmed by numerous lab tests over the years and more specific tests recently. Due to involvement of the adrenal glands, my PCP was confident that this supplement would help alleviate my symptoms of anxiety; nervousness, including shaking with no apparent reason to be apprehensive; inability to relax; and mood swings. I've been taking this for six weeks now, in conjunction with prescription meds of course, and I have noticed a mild improvement in all of the above-mentioned symptoms. I'm grateful for ANY positive effects and did not expect a miracle; therefore, it helps to take such a supplement without expecting a panacea! If you are experiencing any symptoms similar to mine, please do yourself a favor and speak with your physician about trying this. My husband has noticed that I awaken in the morning in a much happier and more communicative mood, which in itself is reason enough to take CatecholaCalm!! Be kind to yourself, research this dietary additive and its ingredients, and ask your PCP is this might work for YOU. By the way, it is gluten free. One more thing - I'm very hesitant about sharing information relative to anyone's health, but as one who was desperate, just consider this for your own peace of mind.

I take these at bedtime to help relax me and settle down to have a good sleep!
