Q: Can you order a swatch for this rug before buying ?

I personally ordered the smaller size in order to see how it would look before ordering the larger size....loved it, so ordered the larger one and have the smaller one in the entry hall

Q: My rug is so faded only after having for a few months. It’s noticeably faded in the areas where we walk. Is this normal? Can someone help?

I just purchased our rug in late September and don’t lay the rug until middle of October after new flooring was layed and the rug has several patches where the color is almost completely gone. I’ve reached out to the seller and have had no response. Very frustrating and even more disappointing!!

No it is not recommended. Please clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Q: Many suggest a thicker rug pad for under... how thick of a rug pad would you suggest for a living room / children’s play area?

I don't have a pad under it at all in my living room or dining room. It's super thin, but has furniture on it so it doesn't really slide around. I didn't buy it because it was a thick or soft rug. I purchased it because it was beautiful and cheap and I can throw it away and get a new one when it gets really stinky or dirty. This rug is thin with no pile, so if you like a thicker rug you need a thick pad.
