Yes! I was looking for pens that write nice and don't smear. These are it!

I have used these for a couple years and have not had an issue with them. I have had them leak or smear. I love them.

I haven't used jetstream so I don't know. But the uni ball signo is a bold point and the acro ball is a fine point and writes really smooth. If you prefer medium or bold point you probably won't like the acroball but if you like fine point you will most likely like them.
