API Aquarium Salt, 454 g

Being a new hobbyist wanted to be on the safer side so went for a renowned brand and was not disappointed by the quality at all. Although a little on the pricier side but is total value for money if you value life. Thanks Amazon for providing an entire array of products.

Good product, using it for sometime in both of my Aquariums....It seems fish are keeping healthy till now.

Working well in my aquarium ... used 3 big spoons dissolved in water in my 150 litres aquarium After 1 week my fishes are looking in good health.Good product for those .... Whose aquarium fishes are facing diseases like ... Fungus and blood in fins and tails as well as white spots ... No need to use other medcines in aquarium .... Just add antichlorine and this salt in proper quantity .... It will work like a magic .... No need for blue and yellow medicines for mild diseases.

My betta fish was suffering from fin rot and I bought this as a last resort! The progress of the rot declined drastically and my betta showed signs of getting back!!!Conclusion: The salt treats finrot and kills the progress. The salt did not help the regrowth of the fins though!!Caution: Use as recommended. The addition of salt to normal tank might decrease the bubble nest and this is pretty normal I believe! Addition of salt in high volume might lead to pass out of the fish. Look for signs of gills opening too much, if yes, remove fish and dilute the salt!!

Any API product is good. It's the sellers who are not. The product came in a damaged and opened container. And this being salt, it had absorbed moisture.

API products are undoubtedly the best in the market available. The only drawback that I seem to find is that API products are pretty expensive, with one fourth of its price you can get other good products that are available in the market. But I prefer to use API aquarium salt in my tanks when ever necessary.

Quality is good but be careful about quantity to put in your aquarium. Excessive quantity can kill your fishes.

My Flowerhorn had ich related problem. He was not eating for 5 days and I had done all type of medication. But then I bought this and it was magical. It has electrolytes and it gave instant energy to my fish and I did the treatment for another 3 days and he was fine and again eating like a jumbo. Best product just go for it.
