Update:I am updating my review to share the customer service experience that I had with Travor after my ring light died prematurely. I contacted the seller using the “ask the seller a question” feature on Amazon, as I was unable to locate the seller’s contact information. I received a very helpful reply and after discussing the problem I was having with the ring light, the seller offered to replace it under warranty. Despite a brief delay on the part of the seller’s US service provider, I received a replacement ring light head within two weeks at no expense to me.Unfortunately, a new power adapter was not included with the replacement ring light that I received and I could not get the new light to work with the original power adapter that I had. I assume that the replacement adapter was accidentally left out of the box after the new ring light was tested to ensure that I received a working replacement. No worries. I emailed the seller to relay that I did not receive a power adapter and that it looked to be causing most of my problems. The seller contact the service provider about sending me a new power adapter and sent me tracking information a day later. The seller also sent me a follow up email after the power supply was delivered, to ensure that I had received it. The communication and responsiveness I received from Travor throughout the warranty process was excellent and I am very satisfied with the assistance that I received.I am happy to report that the power adapter I just received works perfectly and so does my replacement ring light. While it is unfortunate that the original ring light died prematurely, and there were a couple of delays getting a working replacement, I have absolutely no complaints with the warranty process or my dealings with Travor. I have brought my rating of the light up to four stars, docking only one star due to the fact that my original light died prematurely. Knowing how the seller values the quality of service that it provides to its customers, I would have no problem purchasing from Travor again.Original review:I was photographing artwork at my desk today when the light emitted a pop sounds, started to flicker and then died. Now, it turns on, but only at the lowest light setting. The dimming function no longer works, which renders it basically useless. As the housing is plastic, I didn’t expect this to be a very durable unit, but it never comes off of the light stand or gets moved. It just sits to the side of my desk to use when I need to photograph or shoot videos of my illustration work. So, seeing it go out in under 9 months is not something I was prepared for and it’s really not acceptable.There is no contact information for the seller on here to see about warranty service, so I had to use the “ask seller a question” feature to contact the vendor. Hopefully, I will hear back soon.

I bought this light for my daughter who is making videos for the internet. She was looking at buying a smaller version with a limited number of light intensities and colors, but I thought it would be better to have one large enough to fit the camera inside the ring. This easily accomodates a iPhone 6S Plus. See pic.I wanted a wide base to prevent accidental tipping. This stand has a solid, 30" wide base (my ruler is only 15" but you can get the idea from the scale).The stand is tall. The pic shows my 5'4" daughter with her arm in the air and the light is beyond her reach.I took a pic that shows what a hot shoe is (for those who may not be familiar with the term). The pic I took shows how camera parts can connect by sliding into a slot, and a threaded nut that then tightens down to clamp into place. This can be used for regular cameras by simply removing the cell phone holder.Finally, I took a picture of how the spring loaded cell phone grip spreads to hold the 6S Plus. This was a tight stretch but it was all we needed (and will likely loosen to make it easier as it gets some use).Remote works via bluetooth with your phone. All we could get it to do was take still pics and increase the volume on the phone. We could not start or stop video recording but as this wasn't something we were looking for it really didn't take away from our satisfaction.Finally, she was able to assemble most of it without any help while I was at work, but she did not want to do too much and (maybe) mess things up. All she struggled with was attaching the light to the stand which was just a matter of loosening a wingnut dropping, adding the light, and tightening the nut. All things considered this was a solid purchase and my daughter is anxious to begin making videos... after school ;-)

The media could not be loaded.  I took a LOT of time to research which one I needed and wanted and am very pleased by my choice. This has been great. I needed something mobile and light, but effective. I really love ring light size and the super stable tripod.Pros:- Super stable and firm tripod, different from other brand, this seems to be the upgrade tripod. The bottom tripod is a flat design, and a rubber pad is added at the bottom, which greatly increases the friction between the bracket and the ground. The locking system also seems to be a new design, it can be fixed quickly bacause you just need to buckle it. Not need to screw.- Large SIZE-20INCH, it is so slim and light.- Comes with a beauty mirror, it has 2 sides, one is enlarged and the other is normal.- Comes with a bag for tripod and a bag for ring light.-Super bright, if you want- Dimmable-Doesn't get hot like a traditional bulb would-Super easy to setup (once you know how)-MULTIPLE areas to adjust height, angle, etc. - very flexible!Cons:-Not yetAll in all, I’m very happy with this purchase, I recommend!

Unfortunately the ring stopped working . It blew out after a year of use, not sure if it’s still under warranty but I would caution to purchase , as I’m not sure why it stopped working. Please let me know if I am able to exchange this product.
