I love everything about the elf brand they, have everything makeup and skincare for such an affordable price! This brush is amazing and pretty easy to use. I use it to line up my brows, only problem is when you clean them (which is pretty easy) you have to be careful to dry them properly cause they will have a bad smell. Like when you let washed laundry air dry. You can tell elf uses good quality stuff with their products most of their brushes are so smooth and dense!

Inexpensive and cheerful.
Cheap and cheerful. Good value for money, soft and sturdy. Cleans up well and can be used for a long time (I've had one for over a year and just purchased a second although the first is still fine).
