Not for younger kids
Unless your child wants to read a mini book which is also difficult to figure out, don't buy it. Maybe for serious older kids but not for 8-9 yrs old who like magic but have no patience for reading the technique.

Too complex for kids
The instructions are long and not very clear. It is too complicated for kids to understand and perform. The props too are not simple to use.
