Discrete and work great!
I've had these since October 2023, it is Feb 28, 2024. They have been great for work. I just plug them into a bluetooth adapter and drop the cord and adapter down the front of my shirt. No one can tell I'm listening to music, podcasts etc. I did notice that they seemed to put out less volume over the last couple weeks. I work in machine shop where the sound level is about 80 decibels and even with my volume turned all the way up I was having a hard time hearing them. I guess the speakers must have worn out. So I ordered another pair, I got the Endurance ones instead of the basic. I just tried them out today and wow, what a difference! For just a couple bucks more the sound is definitely better. So nothing wrong with the basic, they worked great for over a year, no problem with wires coming out or anything, the silicone plugs are still like new.If you need to be discrete these thing are great!

they didn't start out with the greatest quality in general overall
I am someone who has bought multiple pairs of these, due to wear & tear over the course of a few years I've known of this product. And at that, multiple pairs of the different styles this company offers.I can honestly say, they didn't start out with the greatest quality in general overall. But over the years they have improved here or there. Whether it be the sound quality or their durability. Now I'm going to say, not every plug phone set made by this company is created equal, & that includes sets of the same style. I have ordered a pair, & straight out of the box, one of the plugs didn't have sound(was defective) this has happened 3 times. 2/3 was with the orange foam pair, the otberI have experience with 3 different styled pairs, and they each have their own pros and cons. I would also like to add that I have noticed that the company making these have continued to improve them over time in some way, please keep this in mind. The sets i have experience with are the yellow rubber ones, the yellow floam ones, and the orange foam ones. The yellow rubber ones seem to be the most delicate with pulling and pushing into the ear canal. Handle these with care. I have enjoyed the sound of these the most. I also found they are the most comfortable. The cord for this pair is shorter than the other 2 of not equal to the length of the yellow foam style. The thing most common to stop working is the sound in one lf the ear pieces due to the cord being delicate as well. Size wise would refer this style to most of the population as they are also the most flexible ear pieces. The yellow foam style have lasted me the longest between the 3. This set has the best balance between size, comfort, sound, and durability between the other 2 previously mentioned. The cord is the same length as the yellow rubber set. But the cord is of a plastic material that doesn't catch as easily on clothes. The orange foam pair are a bit larger in size than the other 2, yes even when squishing the foam down. I recommend these for people who have a slightly larger ear canal. The comfort for me b/c, they were a bigger size only, was uncomfortable. This pair seems to have been the most durable, unless you were unlucky enough to get a pair with one defective ear piece. The sound on these i find aren't as good as the other 2, but for me that could've been b/c theu didn't fit properly. This set has the longest cord of the 3 & it is made out of a common shiny plastic material that doesn't catch on anything, except if you're sweating, it may catch against your skin then.I don't recall the yellow rubber set coming with extra covers, but that's a bit fuzzy and i may be wrong. The 2 foam sets do most definitely come with extra foam pieces to change out of. The foam ones do dirty a bit faster.I sadly haven't exactly had a 100% success rate at changing out the ear pieces. It ks not recommended. If you can ride out the pair until you may need a new one, it's easier to just do that. Now as for the part of the cord that plugs into your audio device. This has changed and varied in quality & appearance over time. I have had sets where this part of the cord went and either stopped working all together or only worked by bending it a certain way. As stated above not all sets/and styles are madr equally. And this wear and tear could happen on any set/style.

Great Protection, Great Sound.
I have been using these Plugfones at work, and so far, no one has noticed. The sound is quite good. I listen to audiobooks as well as music. I work in a very loud environment. Because these block out much of the surrounding noise, I can keep the volume of my media quite low, and still understand every word.I have noticed some reviews stating that these are "uncomfortable". It is understood that these are not as comfortable as other types of earbuds. Earbuds are much more comfortable than earplugs. This is a given. However, you generally cannot wear earplugs and earbuds at the same time. That's what makes these Plugfones so unique! Since hearing protection is Mandatory where I work, I am used to using earplugs. These are as comfortable as any provided by the company.Headphones and earbuds, of any kind, are not allowed where I work. According to management, they are "Not OSHA Authorized", and therefore not safe. The company provides earplugs that have a "Noise Reduction Rating" of 28 or 29 decibels. These Plugfones have a "Noise Reduction Rating" of 25 decibels. Therefore, even if they did notice, according to their own criteria, these are legal. If you have found these Plugfones, then you have most likely been searching for the same reasons I was. I highly recommend these.Update: I have seen multiple reviews that say these don't last. Hogwash! I have been using these Plugfones for about 2 months now. I have yet to have any problems with the wires, sound quality, or external noise reduction. When you take the plug out of your ear, grab the Plug...Not the Wire. Just like unplugging something from the wall. I have accidentally yanked the plug out of my ear by catching the wire when I was busy. They still work great. If you are going to use these at work, don't complain about the sound quality. In reality, you cannot appreciate the sound quality of ANY headphones in an industrial environment. The ambient noise is just too distracting. Besides, you are supposed to be listening for alarms, fork truck horns, etc. These are designed to allow you to listen to music in the workplace while maintaining a level of safety. If you use common sense, and don't blast the volume, you can enjoy the media of your choice without getting into trouble with management.
