Great high performance brakes
The factory brakes in my opinion are just not good enough to work well and last for a Maxima. Mine were warped and borderline dangerous in 50K miles on the ODO if you had to stop abruptly. I decided to give these a try.The pads are performance and don't squeal and irritate me. The rotors so far have been very smooth and are not warped. I did make sure to do the break-in process like it mentions which is actually something yo need to plan, it's not as easy as it sounds. Having read dozens of reviews I believe the break-in was important and why I'm happy with the brake set.For those of you that are considering to do it yourself it is possible just know that it is quite a bit of work. Make sure you follow all the steps in any videos you watch and understand both the mechanical changing of the brakes and the technical bleeding of the brakes. You mess up either of these and it won't go well. One other thing is you need to have some strength and stamina to do this and you'll need a breaking bar to loosen and tighten the brackets holding the brakes on. You can do this on the ground but it needs to be very flat and you need to have really sturdy wheel stops to keep the car from rolling. This becomes more important as you are putting the wood to it with the breaking bar. This is in not way a knock on the set, they are great brakes and what you would expect with any other brand. This is just something to know before you take this on.

Squealing noise won’t go away.
After putting over 200 miles on them, the are still squealing. A grinding noise will not go away. Sounds horrible.
